Originating from the Greek word meaning “By The Sea,” Paralia was eager to make a splash to accompany their launch into the restaurant industry. They were seeking a delicious creative spot that spoke to the culture, the cuisine and the brand personally. Coy was tapped to cook something up and we were more than happy to do so! We created a masterpiece that was as tasty as the food itself!
